Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with Amazon's business goals and brand objectives.
- Manage and oversee social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create, curate, and manage published content across social networks, ensuring brand consistency.
- Generate creative and engaging content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia that captivates our audience.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media analytics to measure success and improve ongoing strategies.
- Engage with our followers, respond to inquiries in a timely manner, and oversee user-generated content.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and community teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to messaging.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and best practices to keep Amazon at the forefront of the industry.
- Identify potential influencers and advocates to partner with and grow our brand reach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a high-growth or technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithm changes, and best practices for engagement.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Experience with social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with paid social media advertising campaigns and strategies is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a passion for emerging technologies and trends in digital marketing.
